NEW CUSTOMER & COVID-19 POLICY

RETURNING CUSTOMERS

When was your last visit? Has it been more than 90 days since we last saw you? If so, let’s treat your first visit. Welcome back, however, you are considered a new customer.

RUNNING LATE?

There is not a grace period. If you're running behind please be courteous and notify your stylist. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, we may have to reschedule you or shorten your appointment.

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

ALL NEW & RETURNING CLIENTS MUST COMPLETE A SAFE SALON FORM, located in your confirmation email. We practice & maintain cleanliness per Georgia State Board standards. All utensils are cleaned and disinfected daily & between clients. See FAQ's for appointment procedure.

TANGLED OR MATTED HAIR?

There is an additional service charge for matted, highly tangled, or excessively greasy hair. Please book the extra service with your regular maintenance and/or styling services if needed. 

ENVIROMENTAL STANDARDS

We value our customer experience, by keeping uplifting energy and positive  conversations. Please keep persoan calls to a minimum. If you absolutely must take a call, we understand and we ask that you step outside.

DEPOSITS

Deposits go towards your service and are required for all chemical services and hair weaves or extensions.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

TIPPING

We ask that you tip in cash. If you can, if you can’t it is not a big deal. Cash is preferred for tips.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

  • To maximize our client’s experience, children are not allowed in the salon without an appointment for service. Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, to ensure no fees. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the charge of the full service fee.

  • Appointments for hair weaves and extensions require a 50% deposit.

  • Pets are not allowed at anytime.

  • No soliciting allowed.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify your stylist within two hours to give her the chance to rectify the situation.

  • Please report all complaints to salon owner Jahleela Campbell. We strive for complete satisfaction and will work to create a positive outcome.

LeelaStyles is a multicultural hair salon. We have experience with all textures of hair. We share a space with Fuzion Hair Studio in Smyrna, GA.

  • Children are not allowed without an appointment for service and must be supervised.

Jahleela has been in the industry for over 15 years. She has been trained in precision and razor cutting as well as color for 8 years. She also has training in extensions (6 methods) and non-surgical hair replacement for 10 years. She specializes in Cut, Colour, Extensions, Locs, & Healthy hair care. Her passion for the industry has led her to work with all hair types. From a pixie to waste length hair, thick to thin, & pin straight to tightly coiled, she has mastered it all. She has a true love & passion for what she does & you’ll see that the moment you sit in her chair!

  • What is your COVID-19 procedures?
    ALL NEW & RETURNING guests MUST COMPLETE a safe salon form prior to entry into the salon. Your safe salon form can be found in your appointment confirmation email. COVID-19 Appointment Rules: 1. Upon arrival use either bathrooms or front sink to wash your hands. 2. We reccomend you bring two mask to your appointment. These masks will be used before & after the shampoo portion of the service. 3. Come ready with water or personal drink as water will not be provided. 4. Belongings are limited to one bag to be kept at your service providers station fro the duration of the appointment.
  • What hair type does LeelaStyles specialize in?
    We are a multi-cultural and multi-textural hair studio. All textures are welcome.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Yes, we accept walk-ins.
  • Do you service children?
    Yes, we service children ages 6 and up, as long as they are well-behaved.
  • Why am I being asked for a credit card number or a deposit?
    Untimely cancellations and no-shows are costly. Your credit card number (or deposit in some cases) serves as security. Charges to your card are avoided by honoring our CANCELLATION POLICY.
  • Do you do relaxers?
    Yes, we do relaxers.
  • Do you do extensions/sew-ins?
    Yes, we do extensions and sew-ins. First time guests seeking microlink services (i-tip or braidless sewin) must book a consultation.
  • What products do you use?
    We use BASiC products as well as a host of other professional products.
  • May I bring my own products for you to use during my visit?
    No, you cannot bring your own products, unless prescribed by a doctor.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    In order to schedule an appointment, you have to create a profile on the scheduling website, www.vagaro.com/leelastyles.
  • This is my first visit to LeelaStyles. What should be my first service?
    We prefer you get the "Blow, Treat, & Trim" treatment for your first visit.
  • Do you do color services for first time guests at their first appointment?
    No. We require two appointments to treat hair prior to your color service.
  • How do I order my wig or custom units?
    To order a wig or custom unit: 1. Go to www.vagaro.com/leelastyles 2. Select the "Products" Tab 3. Go to "Select Products Type" and select "General - Misc" 4. Select item "Custom Unit Deposit", and you will be contacted within 24 hrs to set up a virtual consultation with Jahleela.
